• Performs visual inspection of finished or in-process products prior to final packaging into shipping cases.
• Cleans and organizes packaging area and packaging materials as needed.
• Performs final checks for defective items.
• Packages items into boxes and cases as specified per batch record.
• Is responsible for filling out batch records and forms in a clear and legible manner.
• Verifies if the information on the finished product, box, blister or bundle (lot number, manufacturing date, expiration date) is correct.
• Verifies the finished product appearance complies with specifications according to the batch record.
• Reports immediately any discrepancies to the direct supervisor.

Responsibilities and Functions

• Strictly follows operation, cleaning and safety procedures written for each equipment.
• Sets up machines/line (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. Follows Batch Record Specifications.
• Controls and adjusts machine settings (e.g., speed, flow, temperature). Ensures continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Responsible for filling out batch records and forms in a clear and legible manner. Verifies that equipment has a current cleaning label before use.
• Stops or resets machines when malfunctions occur, clears machine jams, and reports all malfunctions in equipment logbook.
• Feeds raw material or parts to semi-automated machines (e.g., bottles, caps, droppers, bulk powders).
• Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools, if applicable.
• Performs machine basic or deep cleaning, when applicable. Keeps equipment/line organized after production.
• Tests operation of machines periodically, weekly and monthly checklist.
• Performs daily equipment verifications before use and assists with minor machine setup, as needed.
• Fixes issues that might occur during the shift. Assists and helps MNT technicians to troubleshoot and solve issues during equipment operation.
• Keeps inventory of the line: tools, changing parts and consumables; reports any worn, broken or missing parts to MNT Supervisor.
• Informs MNT Supervisor immediately if unable to fix issues with provided instructions.
• Checks output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws, records in logbooks.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

Responsibilities and Functions

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware on computer equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and user devices.
• Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and shared folders in platforms such as Dropbox.
• Provide daily technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, technical protocols, and system configurations.

Responsibilities and Functions

• Clean, operate, and maintain equipment and perform lab, office, facilities, and grounds tasks as assigned by supervisor to SOP using compressed air, high pressure hoses, hot water, chemicals, brushes, floor scrubber, mops, brooms, and tools.
• Maintain clean restrooms and office areas; supply, remove trash, mop, and sanitize as needed.
• Determine priorities for cleaning either through direction provided by Compounding or Head of Operations.
• Work closely with all departments to maintain cleanliness standards, increase efficiencies and yields, and eliminate losses.
• Complete accurate inventory counts and keep equipment and chemical storage areas clean and tidy.
• Follow all food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced light manufacturing environment.
• PPE requirements: safety glasses, respiratory protection, company supplied lab coats, and gloves.
• GMP gowning requirements: Hair net, beard guard (if applicable), shoe covers, and sweatbands as required.
• Factory attire.

• Frequent lifting / carrying (10-50 lbs.).
• Frequent pushing / pulling (50-300 lbs) and frequent bending and stooping.
• Frequent handling / gripping (parts, tools, etc.).

Technical Required Competencies

• Operation of sanitation equipment (floor scrubbers, pressure hoses, compressed air tools).
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals and high-pressure systems.
• Execution of cleaning tasks following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Identification of cleanliness deviations or safety risks.
• Coordination with production and compounding teams to maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities and Functions

• Perform the physio-chemical testing in all incoming Raw Materials, Herbs, Tinctures, Detergents, Disinfectants and others.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly tests required to the quality of the purified water: pH and conductivity, chlorine and hardness, and others.
• Conduct all in-process and finished product testing like alcohol content, pH, density, moisture content, disintegration, hardness, friability, weight, thickness, viscosity, and others.
• Perform daily or before-use calibrations of the pH meter, balances, and pycnometer.
• Perform ATP testing of production equipment, and tests required for process control.
• Prepare samples for shipping to 3rd party laboratories. Prepares submission forms for shipping water samples, bulks, and finished product samples for microbial testing. Prepares shipping labels.
• Gather microbial testing reports and update logs and records with results. Saves completed reports in Dropbox.
• Update QC Specifications sheets with testing results provided by 3rd party laboratories.
• Record incoming retention samples in logs and organize and store retention samples.
• Upload methods filled forms and logs to Dropbox & QMS as appropriate.
• Adhere to good laboratory practices.
• Report any OOS or other issues to QA/ QC Supervisor.
• Help order lab supplies, chemical reagents, standards, and others, if needed, and carry out waste disposal when required.
• Keep QC lab equipment operating by following operational instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, supporting preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
• Organization of the laboratory: cleaning of the lab glassware and turning on and off equipment.
• Organize storage of the reagents in the cabinets, correct labeling, placing, handling, and disposing.
• Carry out the reception and classification of samples that enter the laboratory.
• Make your records with good documentation practices and data integrity.
• Provide technical support in technical QA activities (PQR’s (Product Quality Reviews), Batch records, finished product CoA’s, etc.), when required.
• Manage the QC laboratory indicators as well as activities related to the analysis and trend of QC records to see operational efficiency and make proposals for improvement, according to the scope of their activities.
• When applicable actively participate in qualifications, and validations related to the QMS system.
