Responsibilities and Functions
- Performs visual inspection of finished or in-process products prior to final packaging into shipping cases.
- Cleans and organizes packaging area and packaging materials as needed.
- Performs final checks for defective items.
- Packages items into boxes and cases as specified per batch record.
- Is responsible for filling out batch records and forms in a clear and legible manner.
- Verifies if the information on the finished product, box, blister or bundle (lot number, manufacturing date, expiration date) is correct.
- Verifies the finished product appearance complies with specifications according to the batch record.
- Reports immediately any discrepancies to the direct supervisor.
Technical Required Competencies
- Inspect finished products during packaging.
- Verify labels and product information accuracy.
- Package products per batch record instructions.
- Complete batch records and forms accurately.
- Identify and segregate defective items.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities and Functions
- Strictly follows operation, cleaning and safety procedures written for each equipment.
- Sets up machines/line (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. Follows Batch Record Specifications.
- Controls and adjusts machine settings (e.g., speed, flow, temperature). Ensures continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
- Responsible for filling out batch records and forms in a clear and legible manner. Verifies that equipment has a current cleaning label before use.
- Stops or resets machines when malfunctions occur, clears machine jams, and reports all malfunctions in equipment logbook.
- Feeds raw material or parts to semi-automated machines (e.g., bottles, caps, droppers, bulk powders).
- Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools, if applicable.
- Performs machine basic or deep cleaning, when applicable. Keeps equipment/line organized after production.
- Tests operation of machines periodically, weekly and monthly checklist.
- Performs daily equipment verifications before use and assists with minor machine setup, as needed.
- Fixes issues that might occur during the shift. Assists and helps MNT technicians to troubleshoot and solve issues during equipment operation.
- Keeps inventory of the line: tools, changing parts and consumables; reports any worn, broken or missing parts to MNT Supervisor.
- Informs MNT Supervisor immediately if unable to fix issues with provided instructions.
- Checks output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws, records in logbooks.
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Technical Required Competencies
- Set up and operate machines per SOP and batch records.
- Adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.
- Detect, stop, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Complete batch records and equipment logs accurately.
- Perform cleaning, minor verifications, and routine checks.
- Bilingual is a plus.

- Performs facility preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Performs equipment setup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Support to daily operations by active troubleshooting and fixing the equipment.
- Purified water system, air compressor and HVAC system preventive maintenance.
- Performs monthly maintenance and inspection of facility and extinguishers.
- Provides requirements for new equipment installation.
- Updates current Work Orders status and creates new Work Orders in QMS software.
- Reporting daily metrics.
Technical Required Competencies
- Preventive & corrective maintenance under cGMP standards.
- Equipment setup, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Maintenance metrics tracking and reporting.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities and Functions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware on computer equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and user devices.
- Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and shared folders in platforms such as Dropbox.
- Provide daily technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, technical protocols, and system configurations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware on computer equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
- Monitor and manage system backups, ensuring proper data restoration in remote and on-site environments.
- Participate in strategic and cross-functional meetings to identify technology requirements and propose solutions.
Technical Required Competencies
- IT Support, Troubleshooting, and Incident Resolution.
- Administration of User Accounts, Permissions, and Collaboration Tools.
- System Maintenance, Updates, and Backup Monitoring.
- Technical Documentation and User Training Support.
- Bilingual is a plus.
